Capitol Club Leadership
Officers
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
The Capitol Club membership elects the President, who serves for a period of two (2) years. No person may be elected to the Office of President for more than one (1) consecutive term.
The President appoints the following officers: Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The appointments shall be made from the elected Directors of the Capitol Club. These officers serve for a period of one (1) year and thereafter as appointed by the President until successors have been appointed by the new President.
Board of Directors
Twelve (12) elected Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the general management, including fiduciary responsibilities, of the affairs of the Capital Club. The Board of Directors, by vote at which a quorum is present, may make such regulations as are deemed advisable, but not inconsistent with the Constitution and By-Laws.
Directors shall be elected from the Capitol Club members in good standing with both the Capitol Club and the International Association of Old Crows
Chairmen of Committees
Seven (7) Standing Committees
Chairmen ensure committees perform the duties assigned to it by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Club, the Club President, or by the Board of Directors, and shall perform such other duties as are usually incident to the committee of that type. The current Standing Committees are: Membership, Nominating, Scholarship, Advocacy/Outreach, Communications, Awards, and Programs.
The President appoints Committee Chairmen with the concurrence of the Board of Directors, Chairmen are not explicitly Directors.
