This presentation and cross-talk led by Mr. Robert Schneider, the Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO) Technical Director, will discuss the DoD's development of an Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Technology Strategy; to include working with the DoD labs and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to track EMS scientific and technical efforts, assessing progress made in developing EMS technology, and relating EMS development to the DoD EMS Strategy and Joint Concept for EMS Operations.
