Mr. John Arnold is a results-driven executive with demonstrated success in a diversity of roles across operations, acquisitions, and test. Retired AF Colonel with over 25 years of service.  Leader and recognized expert in combat support, major defense programs and budgeting, oversight of R&D programs, and project management.  Effective team builder adept at working with senior leadership across the DoD and Congress.  Highly classified expertise within the National Capital Region.  Subject Matter Expert for DARPA leading the way for OSD’s system of systems strategic vision.  Joint Staff S&T lead for Futures and Concepts Division.  Areas of expertise include:
